Client: John L. Scott
Year: 2011
We partnered up with John L Scott to design their CRM direct mail pieces. What you are seeing here is the first installment of the project. The piece provides a QR Code that links the reader to a local map of the best Holiday Lights in the area. So they are providing their customers with an affordable evening for the family. Another added benefit is the trackability of the piece, so we will be able to provide them the cold hard facts!
Client: Osborne Chiropractic
Year: 2011
Good times with patterns. We created this business set for Dan Osborne. We printed up Business Cards, Appointment Cards, Letterhead and Envelopes as well as prescription / referral pads. All in all a fun project to work on, Dan has been an excellent client allowing us to have some creative freedom and kick out the jams for him!
Thanks mayne!
Client: Brent Peterson
Year: 2009
This is the business set we designed and printed for Brent Peterson Homes. Again, Brent is a 5-Star Green Home Builder. We approached the design very simply being that his mark is so strong. We incorporated the logo as a watermark and printed on nice thick recycled stock to pull it all together.
Client: Brent Peterson
Year: 2009
Brent Peterson is a 5 Star Green Home Builder in Spokane, WA. He has been on the cutting edge for years, but never really marketed himself as such. That is where we came into play. Once the “green” boom hit here in the Northwest, Brent started to get a lot of attention and needed a look to compliment the homes he was creating.
Brunswick Place is a new development located on the South Hill that exclusively features Brent Peterson Homes. These are the signs we used on site to attract attention. We wanted to play up the “green” look as well as the name of the development by using a shade of green.
Client: Joel Elgee
Year: 2009
The piece you are seeing here is just a few pages from an eighteen page marketing packet we designed for Joel.
The client wanted something they could update as they brought on new listings in the residential home market so once the designs were complete we converted the files into a Publisher document. This was a program the client was familiar with and comfortable enough to make the updates, and print out the packet in-house. We printed the covers and Joel now has a custom packet for each every one of his clients.
Client: Dr. Cliff Cullings
Year: 2009
Dr. Cullings built a new practice in 2009 and wanted every in-house piece of documentation to reflect that. We were hired to re-brand and re-design all print materials. Everything from business set to new patient questionnaires was design and printed by us.
Pretty good lookin’ set eh?
Client: North Lake Homes
Year: 2007
This was a fun advertising campaign we directed, designed and managed for North Lake Homes. The company was new to the area and wanted to get their name out to the public via print publications.
Both photography of their product as well as stock photography was used throughout the campaign to showcase their sense of humor and quality of product.
Client: Zyph Realtors
Year: 2009
This is an example of consistency in design. When we created the Zyph Realtor brand we wanted everything that went out the door to drive the same message. The color scheme was predetermined due to the broker they are connected to, Century 21 Beutler and Associates.
Seen here is a residential listing flier and a direct mail piece.
Client: Zyph Realtors
Year: 2009
This is another direct mail piece we sent out to help drive referrals to the Realtors. Offering incentive to tell friends and family about the services they have received is a great way to drum up business. This piece was an overwhelming success, allow us to do the same for you!
Client: Extant Realty
Year: 2008
We developed a new identity for a start up brokerage here in town and with that came some print and sign work. These are 24" X 24" digitally printed signs on vinyl. The hanging “yard sign” is applied to DiBond and the “a-frame” signs are applied to a standard plywood material. Give us a call for your next sign project!
Client: Gordon Finch
Year: 2008
When Gordon approaches a potential client he now has the arsenal he needs to wow them. With experience and a portfolio as strong as Gordon’s it is important to present that information in a clear, concise and professional way. We helped him accomplish this by designing a presentation folder, letterhead and brochure so post meeting the client has some tangibles to take home and make that final decision.
Client: Marco Begovich
Year: 2008
The materials you are seeing here were developed to help Begovich Lending Group keep their clients informed throughout the process of their loan. From pre-approval to inspections, there are a variety of simple steps they take to update status and email out the documents. Again, simplifying their process and saving them time.
Client: Baker Construction
Year: 2008
Baker Construction has been around since 1951. When they approached us to re-design their logo and business set we were very excited to team up on the project. The set they had was nice, but it looked like it came straight out of the eighties. We wanted to keep the designs and prints very simple yet modern. The final product says enough without saying much at all. Bold, strong and confident.
